Camp Gear Area specializes in high-quality outdoor adventure equipment including:

• Sleeping equipment (air beds, camp beds, sleeping bags, sleeping accessories)
• Cooking equipment (BBQs, cookers, stoves, kettles, pots and pans)
• Cooling solutions (cool bags, cool boxes, electric coolers)
• Camp furniture (chairs, mats, furniture)
• Additional camping essentials (gas and fuels, kitchen accessories)

We cater to outdoor enthusiasts who value quality, reliability, and adventure-ready gear. Our products are designed to enhance your outdoor experiences while providing comfort and functionality.

2. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order with Camp Gear Area, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method
• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx
• Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 business days via EMS

These timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

Currently, we do not ship to all parts of Asia and select remote regions. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes in your country.

Risk of damage or loss of products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect items upon arrival and notify us immediately of any issues.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be fair to both you and our business.

Returns Timeframe: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Sleeping Bags
• Sleeping Accessories (sleeping bag liners, inflatable pillows)
• Cool Bags

All other items must be unused and in original packaging with tags and labels attached. All returns are subject to inspection.

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number
2. Wait for our reply with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or note with the RA number
5. Ship to the address provided using a tracked service

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval and issued to your original payment method.
