Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer two reliable shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing. We do not currently ship to all parts of Asia and a few select remote regions.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We stand firmly behind the quality of our outdoor gear. If your purchase isn’t perfect for your adventure, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Returns Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Hygiene & Safety Notice: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products for hygiene reasons:
  • Sleeping Bags
  • Sleeping Accessories (e.g., sleeping bag liners, inflatable pillows)
  • Cool Bags
For all other items, returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will reply promptly with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or a note with your RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Mail your return package to the address provided by our team. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will immediately process your refund or dispatch your exchange item.

Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item was shipped, or the item arrived defective).

Refund Timeline and Method

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as the return is approved, using your preferred shipping method.
